Will Alder is a London based Lighting Designer. He has lit many UK and international tours, and for number of regional and London venues including the Barbican Concert Hall, Oxford Playhouse, Royal Ballet School, National Youth Theatre and as an associate at the Ambassadors Theatre in London’s West End.

Will is also award winning Producer and project manager, with many years experience in programming venues and festivals, managing events, directing live streams, and consulting, designing & converting spaces for cultural use. He is a regular workshop facilitator, working with lots of professionals, schools, youth and community groups mentoring technical design and theatre production.
